The last installment in the Saké series explains the process of bottling your our delicious Saké! At this point, our bentonite clay has clarified our liquid after a week. Now it's time to bottle this for long term storage and do one final pasteurization. This will help prevent sparkling Saké and allow it to be stored for longer. Some final notes don't seal the caps until after the Saké has cooled in their bottle and press your Nigori (bottom half) one last time before bottling! I hope these videos will inspire you to try your hand at Saké brewing! Thanks for tuning in!
