Happenstence Cancellation and Subscription Policy

At Happenstence, we value your trust and strive to provide flexible purchasing options to meet your needs. Whether you choose to make a one-time purchase or subscribe to our products, we want you to have a clear understanding of our policies.


One-Time Purchases

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your one-time purchase as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • How to Cancel: Please contact us immediately at Howdy@happenstence.com with your order number and details to request a cancellation.
  • Processed or Shipped Orders: If your order has already entered our system for processing or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.

Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans are designed for convenience and savings, delivering your favorite products on a recurring basis. Below are the details of how you can manage and cancel your subscription:

Managing Your Subscription

  • Manage your subscription at any time by logging in to your account at happenstence.com/account.
  • You can update payment information, change delivery frequency, or pause your subscription from your account dashboard.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time before the order has been fulfilled or assigned a tracking number. Once fulfillment begins or a tracking number is generated, the order can no longer be stopped.
  • Advance Notice: We will email you approximately 2 days before each renewal so you have time to review, pause, or cancel before the order processes.
  • Orders Already Fulfilled: If your renewal order has already been fulfilled or is in transit, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you on a resolution. We will always try to make it right — our preference is to offer store credit equal to the order value as part of our 30-day happiness guarantee, though refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Modifications

  • Modifications to your subscription, such as changing the product or delivery frequency, must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.

No Cancellation Fees

  • We do not charge cancellation fees. For orders that have already been fulfilled, our preference is to issue store credit through our 30-day happiness guarantee, though we handle each situation individually and cash refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Reactivating Subscriptions

  • If you decide to return to your subscription plan, you can reactivate your subscription through your account at any time without any additional setup fees.

Subscription Shipping

  • Free Shipping: The $75 free shipping threshold applies to subscription renewal orders, the same as one-time purchases.
  • Processing Hold: Subscription renewal orders are held for approximately 24 hours after processing before being shipped, giving you a window to make last-minute changes through your account.
  • Advance Notice: You will receive an email reminder approximately 2 days before your subscription renews so you can review, pause, or cancel before the order ships.
