  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your one-time purchase as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Processed or Shipped Orders: If your order has already entered our system for processing or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.

Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans are designed for convenience and savings, delivering your favorite products on a recurring basis. Below are the details of how you can manage and cancel your subscription:

Managing Your Subscription

  • Easily manage your subscription through your account on our website.
  • You can update payment information, change delivery frequency, or pause your subscription.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Timeline: To cancel your subscription without being charged for the next delivery, you must cancel or pause your subscription before the next renewal order is processed. We recommend canceling at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure cancellation takes effect.
  • Orders Already Processed: If your subscription renewal has already entered our system, you will be responsible for the cost of the product. Even if you cancel the subscription after the order has been processed, that order will still be fulfilled.
  • Store Credit Option: If you cancel after an order has been processed, we can offer a store credit toward future purchases as a courtesy.

Subscription Modifications

  • Modifications to your subscription, such as changing the product or delivery frequency, must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.

No Cancellation Fees

  • We do not charge cancellation fees. However, any payments already processed are non-refundable, and the associated orders will be fulfilled.

Reactivating Subscriptions

  • If you decide to return to your subscription plan, you can reactivate your subscription through your account at any time without any additional setup fees.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

  • Payments already processed for subscription renewals are non-refundable. The associated product will be shipped as scheduled.
  • For future billing cycles, cancellations made before processing will result in no additional charges.
