At Happenstence, we strive to offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure your order reaches you promptly. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location, the products ordered, and the selected shipping method.
Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Most packages are delivered within 3-5 business days. However, due to our use of third-party fulfillment partners, Supliful and Printful, some products may have extended processing times.
- Extended Lead Times: For items fulfilled by Supliful and Printful, please allow for an additional 3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This may result in total delivery times of up to 8 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. If your order value is over $75, shipping will be automatically free at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders may vary and could be subject to additional customs processing, which is beyond our control.
Delays and Issues: While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen delays can occur. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the matter.
