Shipping policy

At Happenstence, we strive to offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure your order reaches you promptly. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location, the products ordered, and the selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Most packages are delivered within 3–5 business days. However, due to our use of third-party fulfillment partners, some products may have extended processing times.
- Extended Lead Times: For items fulfilled by our partners, please allow an additional 3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This may result in total delivery times of up to 8 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Subscription Orders
- Free Shipping: The $75 free shipping threshold applies to subscription renewal orders, the same as one-time purchases.
- Processing Hold: Subscription renewal orders are held for approximately 24 hours after processing before being shipped, giving you a window to make last-minute changes through your account.
- Advance Notice: You will receive an email reminder approximately 2 days before your subscription renews.
Delays and Issues
While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen delays can occur. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter.
