Maitake Extract — Tested for Everyday Immune & Metabolic Support

Maitake (Grifola frondosa) is a functional mushroom traditionally valued for immune and metabolic support†. We use real fruiting body extract — not myceliated grain. This page shows what's in it and how it's verified.

Why fruiting body extract

We source real Maitake fruiting body extract, standardized for its studied beta-glucans†. No myceliated grain, no grain-starch filler.

Testing FAQs

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A Certificate of Analysis is a document from the ingredient manufacturer that confirms the identity, purity, and potency of a raw material. It shows what was tested, the method used, and whether results meet specifications. They also test for Microbial and Heavy Metal containments.

Who performs the testing?

Testing is performed by the ingredient manufacturers before raw materials are shipped to our production facility. These are manufacturer-level COAs — the documentation starts at the source. We do not offer third-party testing for our products yet.

What does >20% Polysaccharides mean?

Polysaccharides — including beta-glucans — are the primary bioactive compounds in functional mushrooms. A standardized extract verified at >20% polysaccharides means at least 20% of the extract's weight is composed of these active compounds.
